These terms explain how you may use Preevia’s website, observations and intelligence. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

About the service

Preevia is owned and operated by Tapbam Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. Preevia organizes public information into measurements, summaries, analysis and forecasts. Coverage depends on the sources we can collect. Results may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and can change as evidence changes. Reported experiences are attributed accounts, rather than independently verified results.

Using the information

You may browse, link to and share public pages. Brief quotations and screenshots should credit Preevia and retain source links and context. Do not present a sample as a population survey, a forecast as a fact, or an AI-assisted output as a verified statement. Our content is general information, and is not financial, investment, legal or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using it.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, obtain private information without permission, or use the service to harass or unlawfully profile people. Automated collection, resale or republication of substantial portions of our content requires permission. Do not submit secrets, confidential information or material you lack the right to share.

Content and ownership

Preevia retains its rights in its software, branding, original analysis and presentation. Public posts, profile images, product names and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Linking to or analyzing a company or person does not imply their endorsement.

Public contributions and external services

“Add your view” opens an external service where you choose whether to post. Posting a link does not guarantee inclusion, a particular score or a position on a chart. Relevant public posts may be collected and analyzed under our Privacy policy. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete coverage or accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Preevia is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on its content or interruptions to the service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Paid services

Any paid subscription or commissioned work will have its pricing, scope and applicable commercial terms disclosed separately before purchase. A separate agreement takes precedence where it expressly differs from these website terms.
